RETURN POLICY

Cancel / Change Order

If you need to cancel or change anything in your order before we send it out, simply email us to let us know how we can make it right.

Exchanges

Due to constantly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for size or color, the best way to do that is to return your item for a refund, and repurchase the item you desire directly from our website. This ensures that you get the item you want in the quickest possible way.

Refunds

To return an item for a refund, the item needs to meet all of the following criteria:

• Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase (purchases made in November and December have until January 31)

• Item must be in brand new condition. Item must have no stains or odors (smoke, pets, etc).

If the item you wish to return meets all of the above criteria, you may proceed to return the item to us.

Please note: if the return is being made because of a defective item or because we sent you the wrong item, we will refund you the original shipping fee and we will also pay for the return shipping. If however, you are returning the item for any other reason (such as sizing or just not wanting the item anymore), we will issue you a refund minus the original shipping fee, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
